RULES OF THE HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELATION
Teams can cancel or change the hotel reservation without charge 60 days before the tournament. Last day of cancellation is 12th of February. After that the charge will be 100%. The final versions of player and team management lists must be sent at latest on the 12th of March.

BUS TRANSFER
From Harbour / airport to the hotel or tournament area Per person 5 €
Tournament area to harbour / airport Per person 5 €

RULES OF BUS TRANSFER CANCELLATION
Teams can cancel or change the bus transfer without charge 30 days before the tournament. Last day of cancellation free of charge is 12th of March. After that charge will be 100%.
