  1. Points in games against one another: Which team has won the most points in games against the other teams with the same points, which team has the second most points in these games. If the ranking of teams with the same points cannot be determined according to points won in games played against one another (unresolved in whole or in part), proceed to the next rule.
  2. Goal difference in games against one another: The team with the greatest goal difference is judged to be the best, the team with the next best goal difference is the second best, and so on. If the ranking of all remaining teams with the same points cannot be determined (unresolved in whole or in part), proceed to the next rule.

  5. Goals scored in all group games: The team with the most goals scored in all group games is judged to be the best, the team with the next most goals scored in all group games is second best, and so on. If the ranking of all remaining teams with the same points cannot be determined (unresolved in whole or in part), proceed to the next rule.
  6. Penalties: The number of penalty minutes accumulated by the teams in the whole tournament is calculated. The lowest number of penalty minutes is judged to be better. If the ranking of all remaining teams with the same points cannot be determined (unresolved in whole or in part), proceed to the next rule.
