Instructions for Teams

Arrival

Ice halls will be opened one hour before the first game of the day.

The team official will register to the tournament office, each hall with their own – please follow the signs (Varissuo, on the bottom level of the ice hall). The team will be guided to a locker room, handed over tournaments materials and tickets for lunch&dinner.

Locker rooms

The teams have a locker at their disposal each day (note that there are more teams in the room, please pay respect to other teams). The key will be given from the tournament office to the team representative upon registration. Each team is responsible for the cleanliness of the locker room.

Night-time storage for equipment can be arranged at the Varissuo and Kupittaa ice halls.

Results of the games

The results of the games will be updated to this website and can be found in Halls monitors.

Eating

Beforehand paid meals are arranged in the café of the ice hall or separately addressed place. Varissuo Ice hall Café on the 2nd floor. Kupittaa, eating place near at the entrance to the teams. Kerttula Raisio Ice hall Cafe, hall 1, 2nd floor.

Dining times can be found on their own tabs.

Sharpening of skates

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a sharpening service, please have the skates sharpened before the tournament.

Skate protections

Although the locker rooms and hallways have a rubber mat, it is recommended the use protections for skates.
