2024 Meet in Harbin Summer Ice Hockey International Tournament

Dear Finnish Junior Ice Hockey Team:

"Meeting in Harbin, Dreaming of the Asian Winter Games", in order to support the holding of the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin in 2025, the Harbin Ice Hockey Association will hold the "2024 Meeting in Harbin Summer Ice Hockey Invitational Tournament" from July 17th to 28th, 2023.  We cordially invite the Finnish Junior Ice Hockey Team to participate in the tournament. The relevant details of the tournament are as follows:

I. Organizer: Harbin Municipal Sports Bureau

II. Undertaker: Harbin Ice Hockey Association

III. Schedule:
* Registration: July 17th, 2024
* Matches: July 18th - 20th, 2024

IV. Venue:
* Harbin Ice Hockey Stadium
* Harbin Huaguan - Daoli District Ice Sports Center
* Harbin Huaguan - Daowai District Ice Sports Center

V. Categories:

* U8 Category (Born between January 1st,2016 and December 31st,2017)
* U10 Category (Born between January 1st,2014 and December 31st,2015)
* U12 Category (Born between January 1st,2012 and December 31st,2013)

VI. Number of Teams: 6–10 teams per category

VII. Participation Requirements:

1.  Representative teams from national associations, ice hockey teams, clubs, and combined teams that meet the requirements of the participating categories.

2.  For each team, the maximum number of officials is 3, and the minimum number of athletes registered is 11, including 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. The maximum number of applicants is 22, including 20 players and 2 goalkeepers.

IX. Others:

The Harbin Ice Hockey Association will cover the costs of local transportation, accommodation(5 nights), and meals(3 meals/day) of 14 persons (including coaches and players) during the game days from the Finnish team upon arrival in Harbin.
