Vuokatti Cup U13

Welcome to participate in the U13 Vuokatti Cup, held in the magnificent setting of Vuokatti Areena! In this tournament, 24 teams will get to test their skills across three divisions: AAA+, AAA, and AA. This is a unique opportunity for your team to participate in a high-level tournament, enjoy quality matches, and experience the atmosphere of Vuokatti!

Tournament Date:

April 18-20, 2025

Participating Teams:

A total of 24 teams, categorized into AAA+, AAA, and AA divisions

Tournament Format:

Each team will play 6 games.
Game duration: 3 x 15 minutes, with a maximum time of 45 minutes per game.

Participation Fee:

€800 per team
Early Bird price €700 per team (registration by September 30)

Prizes:

The top three teams in each division will be awarded with splendid Vuokatti Cup medals and trophies.
An MVP player will be awarded in each game, receiving a striking and unique MVP ring!!!

Accommodation:

Teams will be accommodated in partner hotels located in the immediate vicinity of the Areena. All-inclusive price €89.00 per person per night. Breakfast and evening snack at the accommodation, lunch and dinner at the Areena. Teams participating in the tournament are required to use the accommodation package.

Vuokatti Cup is not just about hockey – we also offer a variety of activities for teams! You can choose from different activity packages that provide variety to your tournament days and offer unforgettable experiences. Here are some examples of activity packages:

• Mountain biking tours in the stunning landscapes of Vuokatti
• Megazone - laser tag adventure
• Escape rooms, where your team can test their wits and teamwork skills
• Target Corner - here you can try out unique sports like archery, axe throwing, and pistol crossbow shooting!

Additionally, all tournament teams will have free access to the Vuokatti Areena swimming pool throughout the tournament.

Tournament Office:

The tournament office will be open during the tournament, providing all necessary information as well as coffee and snacks for team officials.
