McTsemppari Award instructions

1. McTsemppari Award – after each game

McTsemppari is awarded to the player who:  
shows outstanding attitude, lifts the team, and brings spirit and determination when it’s needed most.

Steps:
- Choose one McTsemppari after each game. (Coaches/Team lead)
- Ask the player to collect their prize at the Ilmatar Arena lobby (in front of the logo wall).
- A photo will be taken and shared on social media.

McTsemppari prize:
A free meal voucher redeemable at McDonald’s Kauniainen, Lohja or Pukinmäki.

Prize collection times (Ilmatar lobby):
- Fri 11:00–14:00 and 17:00–19:00  
- Sat 11:00–14:00 and 17-20:30  
- Sun 10:00–12:00 and 14:00-17:00

2. Video Interviews

Short video interviews will be filmed during the tournament to share overall atmosphere and what players and tournament guests think about the event.

This is a great opportunity to practice speaking and media skills – step up and give it a go!

Interview participants will receive a Cwench drink.

“Interview crew” will wear Kiekko-Espoo jerseys to make sure they are recognized.

Videos will be shared on host teams’ Instagram channels, and all featured teams will be tagged.
