Welcome to the most awaited Labor Day event of the year!

At the Kurra U9 Labor Day Tournament, young hockey stars get to shine, compete, and above all, have fun!

The tournament will be held at the Klaukkala Ice Hall on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Lepsämäntie 12, 01800 Klaukkala.

The tournament is intended for teams in the U9 age group (born in 2017 and younger).

Sixteen teams will be accepted into the tournament, and two teams from the tournament organizer will participate. The tournament will have A and B groups. Each team will play a total of six games.

The matches will be played between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with the schedule to be confirmed later.

If several teams from the same club register for the tournament, these teams must be of equal level.

The rink will be divided into three sections, and the games will be played 3+1 with a duration of 24 minutes.

All players participating in the tournament will be awarded with medals, and the 1st to 3rd place teams will receive trophies.

The tournament fee is €350 per playing group. A separate registration must be made for each team.

Players and officials will also have the opportunity to purchase meals, the price will be confirmed during spring 2026.

The organizer reserves the right to change the tournament arrangements depending on the number of registrations.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the tournament for reasons beyond its control. If the organizer cancels the tournament, the participation fees paid will be refunded in full.
