U11 New Year Ice Hockey Tournament 2025 – Welcome!

Welcome to an exciting ice hockey weekend on the brink of the new year in Vantaa! Tikkurila Arena and the adjacent practice ice rink will host the U11 ice hockey tournament on Saturday and Sunday, December 27-28, 2025. (The tournament will take place around the New Year, but the exact dates may still change.)

Tournament Location:
Läntinen Valkoisenlähteentie 52-54, Vantaa

Target Participants:

• U11 teams for the 2024-2025 season (players primarily born in 2014).
• The tournament will be played at three different levels: AAA, AA, and A.
• A maximum of 15 teams can participate (5 per level).

Tournament Format:

• Each team is guaranteed 4-5 games over the two days.
• Games will be played on a full-size rink, 5 vs. 5.
• Game duration: 2 x 15 minutes of effective playing time (max. 45 min per game).
  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust game times if necessary.

Tournament Fees:

• Participation fee: €720 / team
  • Reservation fee: €200 (billed after registration)
  • Balance: €520 (billed closer to the tournament date)
  • All fees must be paid by December 15, 2024.

Fees are non-refundable if the team cancels participation. If the organizer cancels the tournament, fees will be refunded in full.

Registration:

• Registration is completed through the GameResultsOnline.com service.
• Confirmation and an invoice for the reservation fee will be sent by email after registration.

Awards:

• The top three teams at each level will be awarded at the end of the tournament.

Additional Information:

There will be an option for tournament meals at an additional cost – more details to follow!
