KALPA U14/2010 SPRING TOURNAMENT 20-21 April 2024 - Initial tournament information

U14/2010 Spring tournament now in Kuopio. The tournament is organized as a 16-team tournament in AAA and AA game groups (8 teams/game group). We guarantee all teams to have five games.

The duration of the matches is 2 X 15 min, 1 min break, total playing time 45 min.

The matches are played in Kuopio, Lippumäki Tuplajää in two rinks ( https://tuplajaat.fi/lippumaki/ ). The tournament will be streamed from both rinks via LeijonatTV.

The tournament fee is €850/game group. 

The booking fee of €300 will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the approved registration. The remaining €550 will be invoiced by April 1, 2024. The booking fee is not refunded if the team cancels its participation. If the team cancels its participation after April 1, 2024, the participation fees will not be refunded.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the tournament. If the tournament is canceled due to covid-19 or the organizer decides to cancel the tournament for another reason, the paid participation fees will be refunded in full.

TOURNAMENT MEALS AND SNACKS

Meals and snacks will be provided at the tournament. 

• Meals are provided for the teams. The price of the meal will be announced later.
• Teams have the option of separate snack bags.

More detailed information about Meals will be updated later and the participating teams will be informed about them.

SKATE SHARPENING

The ice rink has two separate maintenance rooms for sharpening skates. It is possible to use the facilities during the tournament. 

ACCOMMODATION

In order to accommodate the teams, an accommodation offer will be arranged from a nearby hotel. Information will be published soon

SIDE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Various functions and activities will be organized in connection with the tournament, more information about which will be provided later.
