Tournament Rules
The tournament follows the international IIHF Junior Rules with the exceptions listed below.
Playing time is 2 x 18 min. Total play time is 55 min. The total time starts at the time indicated in the game program, unless otherwise announced by the tournament management. There are no brakes between batches. 55 min total time is not valid for medal games.
If the ranking games and medal matches will end as tie, the game will continue immediately with a penalty shot competition. Field players are waiting in the order indicated by the coach until the difference occurs. At first, however, there are 3 players from both teams, then one by one, if necessary, so that the same player will not play for the second time unless all players have already fired once. The starting team and the kickback team will be judged by the judge. At the end of the game time, the player in the penalty box may not participate in the winning streak competition.
There is no timeout in the tournament.
The warm-up on ice is not allowed, but the game starts immediately with the starting field. You do not need to pre-name your startup configuration.
The absence of a player's name or number from the minutes does not justify the opposing party's objection.
The team can have "over aged" players under the competition rules and regional regulations.
Tournament objections are handled by a tournament jury whose decision is final. The protest fee is € 200.00, which will be refunded if the objection is accepted. An objection to a match must be made within 20 minutes of the end of the match. The protest is signed by the team leader.
The player's two behavioral punishments (KR 10 'or PRK 20') automatically result in one game ban. The player's match penalty (OR 25 ') will result in a ban on the game until the end of the tournament. The player is banned until the quorum SJL representative has handled the event.
The tournament management has the right to change schedules and match order when the situation so requires.
