Number of teams:

The tournament can accommodate 16 game groups, of which 4 game groups will come from the organizing team. So there is still room for 12 game groups.

Matches:

Each team will have 5 games. The duration of the matches is 26 minutes of direct playing time. All tournament games will be played on half the rink using a blue puck. The rink is divided in half by the red line. Two games will be played simultaneously in the rink. See more on the Rules tab.

Tournament fee:

€380/game group

The advance payment (€100/game group) must be paid within two weeks of confirming the place and the remaining amount must be paid by March 21, 2025, or the entire payment can be made in one installment in connection with the advance payment. Please note that the €100 deposit is non-refundable if participation in the tournament is cancelled.

The organizer reserves the right to change the size of the tournament depending on the registration situation, however, so that 5 games / game group are realized. If necessary, other changes will be agreed separately.

The tournament fee does not include meals.

Full payment protection in the following cases:

If the tournament has to be postponed (due to official instructions, etc.) and the new date does not suit the registered team, participation can be canceled and the participation fees paid will be refunded in full (reservation and final payment).

Reservation and final payments paid will also be refunded in a situation where the tournament cannot be organized at all.

Awards:

The winning silver and bronze teams will be awarded medals and trophies. All tournament participants will receive medals.

Catering:

Tournament catering will be provided for teams for €10.50/serving. Catering must be ordered in advance for players and staff.
