Protests

The tournament jury handles all protests. The jury consists of the tournament director, other tournament organizers, the referee of the game, and the team leaders of the involved teams. The jury’s decision is final. The protest fee is 500 euros, which will be refunded to the team if the protest is accepted.

A protest must be made in writing and must be signed by the team leader. The protest must be made within 5 minutes after the end of the game.

Protests cannot be made regarding decisions made by the referee in goal situations or penalty situations.

Major penalties:

If a player is given a game misconduct penalty, it results in a one (1) game suspension in the tournament. A game misconduct penalty also leads to handling according to the competition rules, and the suspensions defined there are served in league games.

The tournament organizers have not insured the players and are not responsible for any accidents or other damages to the participating teams. Participating teams are responsible for ensuring that all players have a valid license and insurance.

The tournament includes both official referees under the federation and junior referees. We expect appropriate behavior from all teams, both on the bench and in the stands. The tournament organizer has the right to remove individuals from the event during the tournament if there is continuous inappropriate behavior. If a team official is given a game misconduct penalty, they are removed from the tournament.

Game jerseys

The home team (listed first in the game schedule) plays in dark‑colored jerseys, and the away team (listed second in the game schedule) plays in light‑colored jerseys.

Photography

Photographs will be taken at the tournament by the organizer, and these may be published on the tournament’s Instagram page as well as in other media in articles covering the tournament. If any team wishes to prohibit the use of players’ photos in publications, this must be communicated to the organizing club’s team management well in advance.

The tournament will be shown on Leijona TV (excluding OP‑halli and Kisakallio), so streaming is prohibited.
