Blues Juniors is pleased to invite teams in Finland, Russia, Sweden and Baltic countries to International junior ice hockey tournament in Espoo/Finland at 11-12 April 2015.
The tournament is for all levels of players and therefore all teams are encouraged to have equal level teams assigned if several play groups are enrolled.
The Tournament will have 24 play groups participating two-day tournament where each play group plays 5 matches in four divisions followed by semifinals and finals. Thus, each play group is playing seven matches in two days.
Tournament rules are following Finnish Ice Hockey association junior rules for F2 Juniors (“Leijonaliiga”) with 5 players+goalie and with black colored puck (adult puck). The play time will be 30 minutes of rolling clock, with 2 minute player changes.
The venue of the tournament is called Reebok Areena in Espoo in the capital area of Finland, with modern services available. During the tournament, we will serve lunch for teams with additional fee. The play schedule will be planned having long distance travelers in mind (no early Saturday games or late Sunday).
Best three teams win a trophy, all players receive a medal.
