Players are not insured by the organizer.
Teams must submit preliminary player lists by June 27, 2025 to:
ackylanpoijjaat@gmail.com.
Modifications to the list can be made upon arrival at the tournament.
When arriving at the tournament, the team’s representative must check in at the registration desk at least 45 minutes before the first match.
Registrations will be accepted starting on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 8:00 AM.
The player list must include the following details for each player:

1. Name

2. Shirt number

3. Year of birth (we may check to ensure no underage players are on the team).

If a team does not submit a player list, they will be considered an unregistered team and disqualified from the tournament.
Player additions to the list can be made on Saturday morning, up to 30 minutes before the first match by notifying the registration desk. The desk will open by 8:00 AM.
Shirts must have numbers that match the player list.
Teams must designate captains. They will be marked with a C on the player list, and it’s recommended that the captain wear a visible armband, though it is not mandatory.
A player may only play for one team.
If a team is not present when the match starts, the present team is awarded the victory.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
If two teams finish with equal points, the ranking will be decided in the following order:

1. Head-to-head match

2. Goal difference

3. Goals scored

4. Draw

If the knockout match ends in a draw, the winner will be decided via a “MLS Shootout”, a penalty shootout format with one player versus the goalkeeper, popular from the 90s.
In the shootout, there is a time limit, and if the goalkeeper fouls, the ball is placed at the 8-meter spot for a penalty kick. (Referees will clarify the shootout rules further).
If any disputes arise regarding the rules, they will be resolved by the tournament jury.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

For general safety and enjoyment, players must be in fair and athletic condition for the matches.
Consumption of alcohol in the spectator area is prohibited, and action will be taken if such behavior is observed.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Referees have the right to issue red cards for the following offenses:

Unsporting/dangerous behavior

Intentional harm to an opponent

Violating the referee’s authority

Two yellow cards in the same match (or one red card) result in a suspension for the following match.

A player who receives two red cards will be expelled from the tournament.

Looking forward to seeing you on the field!
